My current function is Team Leader Settlement Service, with a deep profound experience in back office management. As main achievement, I’ve define the role, needs, purpose and way of working of the brand new Back Office / Settlement Services. I’ve set up this service from A to Z. This allowed me to develop skills in relationship management with custodians, brokers and also intern services of Delta Lloyd Life. As result, I am the liaison between Asset Management Service and counter parties. As team leader, I have also people management skills.
