M. Feno Hery RAMINOHARILALA has 8 years of experiences since he has obtained the diploma in Mechanical engineer; he is interesting in production and especially in plant construction project. After receiving heavy experience in production shop responsible where he was assigned mainly for the production process and workshop industrial equipment maintenances, he was contributing firstly to the ilmenite extraction project for RIO TINTO and then to the biggest port construction in Madagascar (Ehoala port) as a mechanical engineer where he has been assigned for mechanical and piping duties related to the constructions. Afterwards he is again contributing to the Nickel/Cobalt extraction project for SHERRITT in Madagascar; he is working for Equation SNC Lavalin as underground piping supervisor since 2008 and after appointed to a mechanical supervisor at PAL and refinery area in 2009 to 2011. Currently he is part of the project & shutdown maintenance department at Sherritt as a supervisor.
He always completes successfully his duties because he is well organized, able to receive quickly trainings in a new specialty, has a good leadership skill and especially a good communication with French and English languages.
