Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle internal and general public enquiries, Schedule client appointments and maintain up-to-date confidential client files.
Translating e-mails, web sites, invoices, documents, invitations from English to French and vice versa.
Preparing sales invoices, manage disputes with payers: unpaid checks.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Direct Contact with clients and suppliers.
Assist export operations.
Contact and deal with public administration, and follow-up with: Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Customs, Port Police, Banks, Recipes of finance.
Assist the budget coordinator in the preparation of annual budget review by inputting data and processing and managing the expense reports
Attend Fairs, exhibitions and seminars.
Manage the Director Agenda and organize internal & external meetings
follow up Director action plan (prioritize his calls, appointments)
Liaise and negotiate with the travel agency to book the flights tickets
Contact the hotels for room accommodation
Prepare documents used by the director in his missions
Contact the suppliers to order for office supplies, business cards,
Couriers (fax, DHL) dispatching
prepare the mails/letters/Memorandum for Director Review and Signature
Update database of the Law Firms
Organize meetings, appointments, seminars and lunches
Coordinate with the protocol ,arrange for the visas, hotel accommodations, and transport
Compose and distribute inter-departmental documents ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality
Screen telephone calls and requests
Record staff meeting minutes
Archiving on DTS, Scanning, and Printing documents
Prepare PowerPoint presentation
Updating Missions calendar
