A project that aims to create mobile based framework that effectively improves the differential diagnosis of malaria in medically undeserved areas.
Personal tasks: Back-end and Database system implementation. API development forcommunication between all the modules.
Project: SMARTSKINS – A Novel Framework for Supervised Mobile Assessment
and Risk Triage of Skin lesions via Non-invasive Screening
A patient-oriented system of skin lesions analysis using a smartphone. The framework is
going to automatically pre-process, segment, preform image registration and extraction
of significant features for skin cancer pre-diagnosis and risk assessment from mobileacquired
skin images.
Personal tasks: Android application developer. Database system (MySQL) and backend
implementation (TomCat server, REST protocol).
Project: SunPet – Real-Time Sun Exposure Monitorization using Smartphones.
