    . Achievements: Part savings -10% vs -2% target , Tool savings = -7.5% vs -5.0% target ,
    Tooling amortization on part price = 33%.
    . Management of a team of 11 Buyers located in France (9 p / Caligny) and Poland (2 p / Grojec).
    . Recruitment, development, and assessment of employees.
    . Provide Purchasing support to R&D in order to develop new Applicative Platforms
    and new Generic Seat Mechanism products (Tracks, Recliners, Pumps, Ballfixs).

    and then double the perimeter with 20 p just one year later with two different locations managed in France.

  • Faurecia - Senior Program Buyer

    2004 - 2005 on A7 project (Peugeot 207 car) / Faurecia Automotive Seating.
    . Improvement of program profitability (20 Mi EUR portfolio of purchased components).
    . Coaching of two Program Buyers, and one ASQ (Advanced Supplier Quality engineer).
    . Strong involvement in the creation of Purchasing FCP's (Faurecia Core Procedures), leveraging my past
    experiences in companies where procedures and guidelines were quite strong (Valeo - 5 Axes, and Caterpillar).
  • Valeo - Program Buyer

    Paris 2002 - 2004 Commodity, then Program Buyer / VALEO Engine Cooling (
    Renault-Nissan and VW-BMW (30 projects / 65 Mi EUR ).
    After 5-years of work in Commodity perimeter, I decided to switch to Program Purchasing to work upfront
    with the suppliers that will deliver components for future cars to be launched on the market.
  • Valeo - Commodity Buyer

    Paris 2001 - 2002 Commodity, then Program Buyer / VALEO Engine Cooling (
    for Cutting-Stamping and Tube Bending (20 suppliers / 18 Mi EUR /
    -8% achieved = -1.5 Mi EUR savings).

    Saint-Denis 2000 - 2001 (30 suppliers / 35 Mi EUR ). Location: FRANCE Grenoble (38).
  • Caterpillar - European Commodity Buyer (Engine)

    Saint-Denis 1998 - 2000 (2 years located in France, 2 years in USA) / CATERPILLAR.
    for Engine components, embedded in Worldwide Teams.

    (45 suppliers / 35 Mi €). Location: USA Peoria-IL, 2-years foreign assignment in the USA.
    Participation to the structuring of the Purchasing Strategy methodologies with the support of
    Booz Allen consultants. Deployment to all purchased Engine components, taking into account
    both Caterpillar & Perkins perimeters on a worldwide basis (USA / Europe / Asia).
  • Caterpillar - European Commodity Buyer (Cooling components)
