I consider that for a good translation it is necessary to master both languages. Not only use a dictionary but also to know the actual use of words and expressions so the translation sounds and reads with the same meaning as the original text, aimed at the target audience.

I can translate from Spanish to English and vice versa.
I have been teaching English at university level for 18 years.

I am a certified translator appointed by the Superior Court of the State of Vera Cruz.
I have experience translating different kinds of texts: articles, software, scripts, school and legal documents, reviews, videos, etc.

Currently I translate and write software reviews for Software Informer.
I also translate and transcribe audios for Translationary.com. These are telephone recordings from inmates at federal prisons to thw outside world.

I studied Biomedical Engineering at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City
After that I studied English Language Teaching at UNAM.
I am adept and knowledgeable in electronics and computer technology in general.
I believe that the so-called "translators" who charge excessively low rates are those that simply use some kind of machine translation or software. For a native-speaker, it definitely sounds horrible.
I never use such programs. In fact, I often refer to books and encyclopedias on the subject to find standardized terms so I will not invent new ones,
