Féthi Zagrouba, Engineer of Chemical and Process Engineering, received his DEA and PhD from the Polytechnic National Institute of Lorraine in France by 1993 and his HDR from Claude Bernard University of Lyon1 by 2004. Actuallay, He is a full Professor of Energetic and Process Engineering and the Head of the Research Laboratory of Environmental Science& technology - HIEST, University of Carthage. This main R&D activity is focused on the applications of Heat and Mass Transfer. His academic mission is, in particular:
- Teaching graduate courses (for Master & Engineer students);
- Contributing and leading R&D projects;
- Supervising Master, PhD. and HDR students and Academic colleagues;
- Contributing and leading R&D projects;
- Supervising Master, PhD. and HDR students and Academic colleagues;
- Develop and appraise National and International Projects of R&D;
- Manage the operation of a R&D team: P2E "Processes, Energy and Environment";
- Design and Modelization of industrial facilities Unit Operations at different scales;
- Develop computer mathematically codes about simulating industrial physical mechanisms: Modeling & Simulation;
- Organize and manage meetings and scientific discussions, in-situ training courses, and studies of sustainable industrial development projects;
- Conduct Audits control and optimization of conventional energy efficiency, new and renewable while ensuring the QSE;
- Assist companies to Eco-Labelling;
- Develop municipal development plans to local and regional authorities;
- Conducting strategic studies of rationalization and political and socio-economic development;
- Etc.
