    1. Drive process efficiency and compliance
    - Actively participate in relevant MDM (Master data management) Process Excellence Team and drive process compliance and efficiency through Process KPI's.
    2. Incident & problem management
    - Coordinate Key Users activities to test resolution and confirm it on behalf of Maghreb business.
    - Participate in and coordinate the assessment of impact and scope of an urgent incidents within the process area.
    3. Change request process management
    - Identify Business Process improvement requirements including reports and work with relevant Process Excellence Team / Regional Process Office to validate and confirm the change requirement.
    - Raise Change Request (CR) and follow up with the relevant Process Excellence Team for approval.
    - Ensure that detailed requirements for Change Requests are detailed in necessary Functional Specification.
    - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by Key Users and ensure timeliness of sign-off.
    - Confirm completion of Change Request (Closing of CR).
    4. Business Continuity / Contingency Plan
    - Define and own process level Business Continuity/Contingency plans including regular testing of continuity plans.
    - In the event of a major incident on the IT Systems, ensure the activation of business contingency plans.
    5. Master Data Management for Material, Customer and Vendor creation in SAP
    - A daily close follow up on the movement of all Maghreb codes, to clean up SAP and ensure a high efficiency of APO/ECC and reduce turnaround times, decrease bottlenecks.
    - Close monitoring of data accuracy by maintaining a health check exercise.
    Achievements :
    * Reduce Business impacts in connection with Master Data activities by 60%
    * Sustain data quality in the average of 98% per master
    * Reduce turnaround times, decrease bottlenecks by 50%
    * Significant improvement of E2E process. The average lead time has come to 22 days from 31 days.
