Responsible of a 3M€ annual maintenance budget on 8 quarries in Brittany
-Establishment of the maintenance budget and daily following of it

-Continuous improvement of our maintenance process
redaction of more than 20 procedure in collaboration with the operator to optimize time and quality of our intervention an minimize the risk of accident
-Management of subcontractors and creation of commune procedures
Creation of contract “full service” unique with our partners to frame our production cost, excavator hourly price reduce from 15€/h to 9€/h for example
• Developement of the industrial tool :
Responsible of annual investment budget of 3M€
-Participation to the investment planning for the next 5 years
-Negotiation of prices and order forms redaction
-Equipment conception in cooperation with subcontractors
-Construction site supervision in terms of security, delay, cost
Realization of a complete quarry plant for 4M€ in one year
Dimensioning and purchase of 15 constructions machinery
Realization of more than 30 investment projects in various area, electrical, automatization, water treatment, building creation, civil engineering…
