- Stabilize the situation and ensuring continuous production of European production lines
- Lead the process of changement from costly air-shipment to a cost-effective sea-shipment alongside with the implementation of security stock.
Related tasks: production schedules, problem resolution, negotiations with the suppliers, being the communicative link Europe and India, stocks management for the raw material and finished goods, and shipment management.
The scope of the mission included two factories of two different suppliers. They were producing heavy duty automotive manufacturing parts.

- Managed the HQE® (Environmental high quality) certification of a platform construction (two steps on three)
- Calculated the carbon effect of GHG emissions and platform constructions.
- Participated on the regulation of pressure equipment: summarized the regulation, communicated with technicians and I independently built and implemented a method on platforms.
