I’m a GIS Analyst. A modern-day mapmaker, helping customers make sense of an ever-changing world. I feed content into our HERE products, to maintain the most up-to-date map in the Location Intelligence industry, while abiding by automotive-grade quality standards.
Prior to joining HERE, the leading Location Cloud, I provided geostatistical analyses to industries in need of territorial diagnostic: assessing natural hazards; land development & tourism investments.

Multiple experiences abroad & 2 jobs in EU Institutions secured strong linguistic skills in English, German, Czech & Slovene. I tied strong bonds with Central Europe and its core values: hard work, setting high standards & putting team achievements over personal glories.
Colleagues know me as a highly innovative person who can be trusted to come up with new approaches to remove roadblocks. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and never try to impose my ideas on others – instead I spend time understanding the business & the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
I’m passionate about continuous improvement & best practices. Lean & Agile management are guidelines in my life. Challenging the status quo doesn’t frighten me – if done well, it’s the basis of a healthy business.

I received a scientific education, with a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences and a M.Sc. in Environmental GIS. Spatial intelligence is my core competency, around which I’ve cultivated relevant skills: Big Data analysis, data sotytelling & reporting.
On the side, I grew various areas of expertise, ranging from leadership facilitation (Art of Hosting) to JavaScript APIs.
Curious by nature, I have a fast learning curve and strive to learn proactively any new skills needed.
