    Paris 2015 - 2015 - Organized VIP internal event, for leadership (+ 500 people).
    - Organized Global CEO photoshoot.
    - Managed stakeholders (creative agencies).
    - Managed various communications channels (internal TV, Intranet, Yammer, Circles, The Stream).
    - Community Manager of internal social networks: writing posts and animation.
    - Created a new weekly internal newsletter made the transition and designed, edited and diffused it to 6,000 employees.
    - Collected and gathered information from departments correspondents (Business, Recruitment, Citizenship, Diversity, New Deals, Peoples, Governance).
  • Orange - Communications Executive

    Paris 2014 - 2014 -Organized sessions between employees to improve order forms available on the Internet Platform «Orange Business Services» and wrote a report analyzing the performances of this platform.
    - Benchmark of various website to compare their home page.
    - Organized corporate events (20 years anniversary, Breakfast). ;
    - Leaded a market place and trainings about digital transformation (trainings employees to be more comfortable with new apps and internal tools like Communicator and QR codes).
    - Won 2 categories prizes of a national competion : The best «Customer Relationships Video» & «Best Digital Initiative» (realized a movie from scratch, organized logistics filming) - 3rd place nationally.
    - Supported the office moving (moves planning, reports, information and communication's plan).
    - Wrote the department meeting reports.
    - Edited the monthly newsletter.
  • Public Système Hopscotch - Assistant Project Manager

    Levallois Perret 2013 - 2014 - Produced the «Suppliers’Day» (conference and exhibition for the society SAFRAN, +500 people), managed hostesses, coordinated the designing and manufacturing of exhibition panels, post production (invoice).
    - Managed the content of «ICI 2014», the website of the International Forums of the Investments in Ivory Coast.
    - Collected many information from various contributors (accumulated high resolution logos and company or speaker information, collected and published relative press on the event).
  • Neovent - Assistant Project Manager

    2012 - 2012 - Response to call tenders from customers (proposals creation from A to Z).
    - Organized Cocktail party for SANOFI on the theme of 30’s: artists logistics.
    - Looked for new artists and stakeholders for the agency.
