Graduated from University of Montpeliier with a Master degree in Marketing. Throughout my career i worked on both sides : customer service and inside sales service. I've had the joy of serving in a number of sales organizations. I foster customer-centric approach internally, the goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and turn unsatisfied customers into brand advocates.
