-Preparation of monthly P&L forecasts and variance analysis with comments.
-Establishing Budget/Forecast and controlling revenue and expenditure against budget.
-Have full responsibility for the EMEA Revenues, including France, UK, South Africa, and Middle East.
-Drive and improve billing process, monitor cash collection and financial risk for all regions.
-Analyze revenue, cost, margin and expenses for all business units, perform Balance Sheet reconciliations.
-Drive backlog reporting and cash forecasting process for these business units.

-Preparation of monthly project financial, utilization and realization reports.
-Advise revenue accounting center on corrections required to monthly results.
-Ensure efficient and correct flow of data from Helios to Sun Accounts.
-Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
-Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
-Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
-Sales commission Processing (Prepare the sales Achievement file for SCS EMEA).
-Work with revenue accounting center to ensure prompt and correct processing of all requests from the business.
-Timesheet monitoring & control – timeliness and accuracy.
-Invoice origination, validation vs. contracts, approval of accruals.
-Preparation of supporting reports to accompany invoices.
-Approving project and resource creation in Helios.
