  2014 - maintenant As SAP Team leader and Business Process expert in SOGEFI Group I am responsible:
  * to coordinate and manage the central SAP team of the Supply Chain, Production Planning and Quality management domain which is part of the Central SAP Team;
  * to rollout the SAP core model to the companies of the group not yet using SAP;
  * to promote and manage improvement initiatives in line with the evolving business needs and requirements
  * to coordinate external suppliers for the IT projects in my functional domain;
  * to monitor that procedure are correctly followed in the respect of the defined business processes and assuring the correct utilization of the SAP information system.

• ALFAGOMMA Spa - SAP Team leader - Logistics and Procurement

  2010 - 2014 I coordinated all SAP projects and application maintenance activities for the Logistics and Procurement business functions. My responsibilities included:
  * Analysis of functional requirements expressed by the Logistic and by the Procurement business leads, assuring the integration of processes and systems;
  * Management of external suppliers for Project and Application Maintenance activities with responsibility over the assigned budget in my competence area;
  * Promotion of improvement initiatives and projects in line with the evolving business requirements in my competence area;
  * Monitoring that procedures are correctly followed in the respect of the defined business processes and assuring the correct utilization of the SAP Information System;
  * Support of the Process Owners and of the Key Users in my competence area by delivering the training that is needed to assure that SAP is correctly used;
  * Support of the Logistic and the Procurement Leads, the cost controlling Function and the Material Managers in the preparation and analysis of the KPI for the monitoring of the operative processes in my competence area.
  
  Main project activities: implementation of SAP ERP 6.0 in manufacturing, assembly and distribution plants of the Alfagomma Group (Italy, Scandinavia).

  2006 - 2010 SAP Senior Consultant modules MM, LE-WM, LE-SHP
  As a senior MM and WM consultant I had the following responsibilities in several SAP projects:
  * Process and gap analysis;
  * Requirement gathering, business blueprint, functional analysis;
  * Customizing, also on vertical solutions Mill, Retail, Aerospace & Defence;

• Accenture - AMS Team leader

  Paris 2003 - 2006 Responsibility: team leader MM/LE-WM/QM for SAP application maintenance and development.
  Main tasks:
  - Guarantee continuous system support to customers;
  - Analyze and evaluate customer requests for system modifications;
  - Implement and document corrective actions and change requests in line with SLA’s;
  - Coordinate team members.
  Certification CMMI level 3.

  Responsibility:
  * Guarantee internal support for SAP issues in the area of procurement;
  * Gather business requirements and propose technical solutions in the competence area
  * Implement system changes together with external consultants guaranteeing that they are coherent with template and agreed operating principles.
