o Lead Parex USA to become one of the United States’ leading manufacturers of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) products, stuccos and ready-to-use mortars, with nine manufacturing plants across the U.S.
o Directed personnel, marketing, plant operations, capital planning and legal affairs for Parex USA, which employed more than 350 people and maintained an elaborate independent distributor system in key markets
o Identified and acquired six privately owned companies in the same or allied product lines and then successfully integrated their operations and brands into Parex USA.
o Planned and implemented three major industrial expansions as a part of long-term capital improvements necessary to meet growing sales and to decrease operational costs
o Managed international operations as a member of ParexGroup Executive Committee, the governing body overseeing international subsidiaries of the ParexGroup, located in Paris, France
