Goals : set up a new assembly process with the best ratio cost / delay / quality.
Results : On time delivery for the 15 000 ski pairs scheduled with the target price. A new supplier opened (Social & quality audit) in France and another in Czech Republic. Ski bindings sourcing for new partnership in Germany and Austria : 20% saves on some markets segments.
