Review of Process Data and supplier documentation for integration within Project design, such as GA/Details/Calculations/Fabrication Procedures.
Preparation of Equipment Technical Specifications, such as Specification and Mechanical Data Sheets.
Technical evaluation/clarification of supplier bids, plus the technical reports to support order placement Project technical support.
Produce Quality Engineering deliverables/service and meeting Client expectation.

    Project Brief:
    Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication contract for the Water Treatment Plant treating 1500m3/h of produced water (Overall project value: 455 million dollars.)

    Water Treatment Flow Scheme:
    - Deoling Train (Skim/Surge Tank – Induced Gas Floatation Vessel – Oil Removal Filters)
    - Softening Train (Warm Lime Softener – After Filters – Weak Acid Cation Exchangers)
    - Evaporation Train (Evaporator units – Concentrator Units – Blow-down Units)
    - Train auxiliaries: Chemical storage, Lime and Magnesium silos, Filter Press sludge treatment.

    Responsibilities:
    - Technical support to “Estimating Department” during the Tender phase regarding static equipment under the supervision and control of the Tender Engineering Manager
    - Participation in elaboration of the best technical and economical regarding static equipment during the Tender & Execution Phase
    - Responsible of the quality concerning the studies I follow especially compliance with codes, standards and project specifications within respect of planning and costs defined by Project Management Team
    - Support to Project Team regarding interfaces management for static equipment (Handling, Civil, Piping…)

    Project: BP West Nile Delta – Feed (Overall project value: 3 million dollars)

    Project Brief:
    Process Design Phase & Engineering for 3 plants:
    - Waste water treatment (2 to 106 m3/h), including: Chiller / MPPE/ MBBR / Clarifier / Sludge Centrifugal,
    - Reverse Osmosis Plant, including: DAF / SUF / RO Pass / Lime Stone Filter / UV,
    - Sewage Treatment Plant, including: Sewage Screen / RBC.

    Responsibilities:
    - Coordination for all static equipment.
    - Assistance to Project Engineering Manager in Resources, Budget and Scheduling.
    - Contact point for technical and non-technical issues on static equipment.

    Achievements:
    Project documents issued with high level of details in regard to a Process Design Phase.
