Seasoned consultant with 9 years of experience in IT transformation, my main areas of expertise include IT Sourcing (e.g. sourcing strategy, vendor management, outsourcing projects), change management and project / programme management.
Throughout my experience in Paris and Geneva, I contributed to many projects such as definition and implementation of sourcing strategy in a bank, assessment and recommendations on the IT function of an international organisation, development and management of a 9 persons IT support team in retail banking, carve out in aeronautic industry and support on the reorganisation of a 400 people IT department in Personal Finance.
I am ITIL v3 foundation certified, and have a postgraduate degree from Telecom Paris (part of Paristech institute).
