    Marly-le-Roi 2016 - 2016 Implementation of an High throughput methodology within recombinant antigen production.

    During this internship, I implemented an High Througput process within recombinant vaccine screening context. This implementation allowed the devlopment of a recombinant antigen production process in 96 well plate and optimization of recombinant antigens characterization (expression and solubility analysis) . I acquired with this internship a good technical level and abilities to elaborate and manage experiences. I also learnt how to lead a biotechnology project within a biology problematic.

  • Cancer Research Center Toulouse - Student Trainee Academic Research

    2015 - 2015 Characterization of intracellular conformational single domain antibodies (VHHs) anti-RHOGTPase in melanoma cancer.

    The aim of this intership was the characterization of monoclonal “intrabodies” targeting RHOA active protein in melanoma cancer. This characterization led me to learn how to optimize epifluorescence microscopy and observe phenotypical switches in cells. I also learned how to analyse biochemical modification in cells performing western blot or GST-pulldown analysis. I achieved a good technical level in cell culture too, cultivating a decade cell types. This technical degree is a main strenght in terms of efficiency.
