Provides up-to-date information on the cash position or status of such accounts. Keeps abreast of all procedures and regulations regarding the maintenance of bank accounts, exchange and interest rates, etc.
    2. Certifies the appropriate, accurate and timely processing and recording of disbursements and payments, (e.g., financial transactions, travel claims, pension fund, insurance, advances to government), in accordance with established rules, regulations and systems, and within budgetary limits. Also ensures recovery of advances and accounts receivable.
    3. Monitors financial transactions and accounting reports, and reconciliation of accounts, to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information. Prepares required reports and statements for the Head of Office and HQ.
    4. Maintains VISION monitoring system specifically the use of the finance data required for donor reports, budget reviews and reports, programme analysis, annual reports, appeals, etc… Coordinates with IT Unit on technical adjustments or irregularities to meet local conditions.
    5. Oversight and control of petty cash fund, disbursements, recording and accounting.
    Responsible for the safekeeping of cash and cheques.
    6. Manages office running budget, reviews budget expenditures by codes against approved allotments, and verifies compliance with expenditures.
    7. Prepares and analyzes financial data for budget estimates and financial planning.
