- Perform management and team development ;
- Coordinate operations per area, working closely with commercial/traders, worldwide affiliates and customers to ensure a seamless service and P&L optimisation ;
- Monitor proper market/deals follow up and smooth trading operations through constant contact with operators/traders/shippers and others business partners ;
- Check the day to day execution of the deals done in respect with the internal procedures ;
- Identify potential problems, present alternatives and propose solutions ;
- Follow-up the International contracts for the smooth execution ;
- Support for the team and the traders for the worldwide business area treated and new contracts to develop ;
- Manage various developments, as well as review performances in line with cost guidelines and quality standars ;
- Communicate with internal and external Sourcing partners ;
- Coordinate the quality audits for the LPG department and prepare corrective action plans when needed ;
- Verification of the smooth realisation as per standard procedures.

- Strong knowledge in trading contracts as such as their legal and financial implications on each deal ;

- Strong open mind on the market in order to collect information needed to maximize the deals

- Supervise deliveries of physical goods in area concerned ;
- Coordinate trading obligations between the contractual parties ;
- Monitor documentary instructions to sellers, buyers, vessel’s agents, bankers and warehouses ;
- Verify shipping documents and approve payment therefore ;
- Manage Physical transactions execution and follow up worldwide (contract, shipping and terminal instructions, documentation, letter of credit, prepayment, taxes, back office and invoicing) ;
- Coordinate terminals and deliveries planning with end users ;
