Dear all,
I studied chemistry in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. After having worked for five years as consultant in the area of qualification, validation & GMP compliance for multinational pharmaceutical companies, my current professional activity is focused since nine years in the customer quality department by Becton Dickinson which is a supplier of primary packaging materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
The heart of my mission is the coordination of new development and customization projects, negotiation of complex contracts and product specifications, management of customer audits throughout the worldwide organization and assistance in the resolution of issues, handling of customer complaints, response to technical questions and requests from the customers (products, processes or any quality related matter), chairing regular meetings to discuss and resolve customer product issues and training activities for newcomers, other divisions, sales department, top management, customers and production people.
I am now seeking new opportunities and challenges in the area of quality, close to the customers and in an international environment. Representing the voice of the customers within my company and defending the values of my company by the customers, driving different actors around the same project, combining analytical and synthetical abilities in order to define, deliver a solution meeting customer's expectations and build a trust relationship are my main skills.
