Set up the software design department in Grenoble, employing 4 designers.

Responsibilities: Implement a design-led strategy to rebuild the brand as part of the new owners’ plan to turn Scholtès around after receivership.

Achievements: In just three years, strong design saved the brand and lifted it back into the no. 2 spot in the French market.

When Scholtès was sold to the Italian Merloni Group, the management team asked me to head the design department for the Indesit and Ariston brands.

Achievements: Developed a design strategy that differentiated and clearly expressed the three brands’ strong identities across three key areas: product (design), exposure (trade fairs) and communication (catalogues).
