Responsible for License Management Services department in France on all Oracle products.
- Learning a new job without impacting LMS expected revenue,
- Creating a team of consultants to provide Software Asset Management and related services (such as license reviews and audits) to Oracle's customers,
- Addressing the incoming SAM French market through Oracle products,
- Ensuring marketing / lobbying to change LMS perception internally and externally,
- Designing annual business Plan according to Sales Team objectives,
- Managing teams of consultants and acting as host manager for A&C or Bea LMS consultants,
- Acting as a reference and providing licensing expertise within the organization,
