- the review of organization and delivery models
- the analysis, benchmark and review of IT Operations ( < 100 FTE) activities
- the best practices linked to Service Management (ITIL process, services catalog…)
- the definition of a sourcing strategy and its implementation
- the project lifecycle management and benchmark
- the design and implementation of IT internal control framework
Besides consulting, I have executed and managed several audits.
I am certified COBIT, ISO 20000, ITIL Foundation v2 and ITIL Foundation v3. I have been trained to Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt.
