    End to End operational responsibility within the PU Actives (Galenical processing up to packaging operations) with indirect responsibility up to 60 associates. Total sales value of ca 1.2 milliard for 2011.
    Major contributor to the ramp-up of a major product (Galenik and Packaging Operations), which involved doubling output from approx 400,000 packs per month to 1Mio Packs per month.
    Successful implementation as pilot of the 5S –Program in the packaging area (part of TPM initiatives), which is today taken as a reference in Stein.
    Productivity improvement of the 4 Eucreas Packaging Lines from 30 to 50& and pack per FTE from 20'000 to 45'000.
  • Novartis Grimsby Ltd - IQP Champion for Engineering (six sigma)

    Implementation of IQP methodology (six sigma) and development of OPEX model for Engineering Support Unit.
    Reduction of the engineering store inventory value of ca. ~1,0 Mio £ by identifying and removing obsolete items and implementation of a clear process to consider spares during the life cycle of an equipment.
