Frédéric is an IT senior consultant. He performed different functions (business and functional analyse, amoa, support, development) for different kind of business and sectors (public institutions (EU/Lux), industrial companies, banks, software editors). He is working presently as a business analyst, however he is also able to assist all your functional projects up to a fine technical detailed level. He is certified for working SoftwareAG ARIS products and ready for release 9.0 products from installation, configuration and modelling.
This diversity of experiences enhanced his ability to manage client projects and users requirements as much as to improve IT governance, risks and strategy with flexibility (workshop, interviews, gathering needs, BPMN, architecture review, analyse, helpdesk, assistance and support) and among his tasks :
• He participated to Business workshops in order to gather EU Publications Office (OP)'s needs in financial applications and he participate to a Feasibility Study which extend financial/ accountancy systems with a BPM review and which objects e-procurement coordination.
• He conducted, as owner (MOA), a project to the build of an outsourced infrastructure with a virtualised cloud in health and personal care services sectors with a particular focus on mobility solutions and protection of data related to health sector.
• He participated to the design of a whole BPM cartography of Luxembourgish health administration processes (CNS).
• He coordinated a 3 people team for migrating infrastructure of a well-known bank of the market into a virtualised architecture based CITRIX and VMWare ESX.
• He helps improvement of Eurostat' IT infrastructure security and processes documentation plan (ARIS models, CMDB, BigData analysis) by advising LISO.
• He supplied ArcelorMittal Internal Audit département by supporting and building a software architecture based on Wolter-Kluwer Teammate (as MOA/Support) and leads the level 3 helpdesk, dedicated to audits organisation over the world.
• He participated to the functional analyse of IPMS by designing a document conversion platform for EU Parliament.
• He was a Java developer and a level 2 helpdesk in multidimensional data transmission domain (SDMX - Gesmes - Edifact) for the European Commission (Estat) with daily interactions with EU Members and EFTA countries and an IT Operator at the EIB.
Frédéric is business oriented but capitalize on a strong and diversified technical knowledge. He has also communication skills which is a difference and a valuable asset on the market (Bachelor degree obtained in 1999). He has an engaged human contact and is able to assist sales in business development. He is French and he is working usually in English, in a multicultural context however German was the first spoken language he learned.
