Frederic Lacroix heads the Supply Chain operations within Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks since the beginning of 2012.
Prior to his current role, he led a major transformation program for supply chain simplification and cost reduction within Alcatel-Lucent. From 2006 to 2008, he supervised the supply chain of the Mobile Communications Group and, 2003 to 2005, he was project leader for the implementation of the SAP system for Alcatel-Lucent in France, after being responsible for Alcatel-Lucent Logistics for France, Middle East and Africa.
Frederic’s career at Alcatel began in 1987 within the Wireless Transmission Division where he led the production control team, then the finance and controlling team of the production site.
In 1993 and 1994, he worked outside of Alcatel as manufacturing manager in the space environment. He returned to Alcatel in 1994 for new challenges within the operational environment.
Frederic holds an engineering degree from an electronic school in France.
