Frédéric Teboul is General Secretary / CFO of Innovation Capital (www.innovationcapital.fr), a Paris based venture capital firm investing in IT and Healthcare with over 450 M€ under management.
Frédéric manages of the financial aspects of the Funds, monitors portfolio’s companies valuations, handles performance calculations. He also supervises Middle & Back Offices including legal and accounting aspects.
Frédéric is involved in fund raising process, investors communication, and manages the relationships with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, auditors, custodian, insurers. He also in charge of the financial nformation of the Management Company, reports to the Supervisory Board of the CDC Group as well as company control and compliances.
Prior to joining Innovation Capital in 2003, Frédéric started his career in the group at CDC Entreprises Capital Investissement, where in addition to his responsibilities as financial controller, he was in charge of controlling and monitoring participation in Private Equity and Ventures funds (including Innovation Capital).
Previously, Frédéric worked for several years in civil works for the Eiffage Group as CFO where he was in charge of 2 subsidiaries (turnover 20 M€ / headcount 90)
Frédéric started his career at NCR, a US computer services company, as financial controller for 2 years.
Frédéric graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de la Chambre de Commerce et Industrie de Paris (ECCIP).
