En résumé

As a Major Project Support, my role is to coach the Project Manager in their Project management when the projects are at risks regarding the margin, customer satisfaction, technical and time impact.
The coaching consists by doing a deep dive review of the project to determine where are the risks and it place an action plan to recover the project on line with the objectives.
I can act also to help the business manager to prepare technical and commercial offers till Contract signatures and to support the Execution team to start the Project.
I act also, as a mentor for Project Manager and I am involved in the continuous improvement process.
