After studying organic and organometallic chemistry, I am currently doing my thesis at the interface between polymer and organic/organometallic/radical chemistry involving: Polycondensation, living/controlled radical polymerization, living cationic polymerization, photo-induced polymerization, organic and organometallic synthesis, gold catalysis, carbene polycyclopropanation, photoredox (with LED bulbs, rayonet), photophysical and photochemical analysis of complexes and methodology. Synthesis of polyacrylates, polystryrenes, polyesters, polyethers, polyacrylonitriles and defined block copolymers. Skills including: NMR, MALDI-TOF, ESI-TOF, GPC, TGA, DSC, cyclic voltammetry, XPS, Laser Flash Photolysis (LFP) and EPR.
