  maintenant As a formulation engineer, my role is to develop new skincare products for the luxury French brand Lancôme. According to the marketing charter, I develop the required product, from lab bench trials to the plant manufacturing stage. I also make sure the the developped formulas are stable, safe and efficacious by running the appropriate tests. I run a team of three chemists.
