Continuous Improvement Leader (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
Achievements:
* Responsible for leading continuous improvement projects in a context of starting plant and ramp up, ensure to integrate the ``Best Practices'' existing in Amcor Flexibles Group and lead projects to reach a lean manufacturing organization in this new plant: cells organization, Kanban, 5S & ergonomic, ramp up period shortening & waste.
* During the construction of the new plant, responsible for IT infrastructure implementation
(WAN, LAN, migration of domain,...) meeting budget and time schedule requirements.
Implementation of MRP - shop-floor system (SAP).
* Leader at receiving plant of 10 million Euro business transfer from closing plant. Management of customer demand, know-how & data transfer, supplies, capacity management in very sensitive context, without disrupting customer supplies and keeping at high level customer satisfaction.
* Monitored global inventory level via weekly projects - material standardization.

Leader projets amélioration continue dans un contexte de démarrage et de monté en puissance d'une usine, assurer l'intégration des “Bonnes Pratiques” existantes chez Amcor Flexibles Group ainsi qu'implémenter une organisation lean manufacturing: organisation en cellule de production, Kanban, 5S et ergonomie, réduction de la période de montée en puissance, réduction des déchets, le suivi des stocks.
Lors de la construction de la nouvelle usine, responsable de la mise en œuvre des infrastructures IT (WAN, LAN, la migration de domaine,...), du budget et de la tenue de délais. La mise en œuvre des MRP - ERP, SAP.
Responsable du transfert du volume de production d'usine à usine: Gestion de la demande des clients, savoir-faire ainsi que les spécifications, de matières, dans un contexte très sensible.

Responsible for leading Lean Six Sigma projects, to improve and control processes about flexible packaging, aluminium tubes manufacturing and ink making up. Change management on a plant where the cultural context is different.
Achievements:
* Led a waste reduction project on paper based foil at laminating & printing level.
* Improved OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on 2 strategic printing machines.
* Led a Kaizen reducing the colour matching time and the ink correction rate from 50% to 20%.
* Achieved 2 base working capital projects regarding reducing stocks.
* Led an increasing accounts payable project.
* Achieved to monitor 3 EHS projects (reducing energetic & solvent consumption, and a MMI Kaizen: reducing operators' risks).
* Led a project to reduce raw material cost.
* Led a project to develop a new market and acquire new customers.
* Co-led a LSS Green Belt training session and coached 17 Green Belts.

Situé au Maroc, Alcan Packaging Mohammedia est un site de production de packaging tel que tubes en aluminium souples (tubes ophtalmiques, colles), tubes laminés (dentifrice) et emballages flexibles (impression sur tout type de support flexible: papier, aluminium, films). Ce site appartient au secteur Food Packaging Europe du groupe Alcan.
J'y occupe la fonction de Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Project Leader) au département Amélioration Continu du site. Cette fonction consiste à choisir une équipe et mener à bien un projet supportant les initiatives de l'agenda opérationnel du site (ex: réduction des coûts) par la méthode Lean Six Sigma. Par ailleurs j'ai le plaisir de "coacher" 17 Green Belts et de participer à des sessions de formation Green Belt en tant que formateur.
