As an office manager for CIA Sophia-Antipolis, I am part of a management team that produces CIA’s strategies for our profit centre (30 staff).
As an IT consultant I am assigned to key CIA customers. The details of my different contracts are listed bellow:

2007 – Present AMADEUS sas Business Controller

On the Amadeus contract I am the business controller for the IIS (Internal Information Systems) and Hardware / Software departments. It involves controlling, analyzing and reporting the budget to the Amadeus senior management.
I was the project manager of a Gartner IT cost benchmarking project.
Other responsibilities include, project and business- case follow-up and coordinating budget and forecast processes.

On the IBM account I was the account manager of the L’Oreal Microsoft Active Directory contract. (EMEA and Asian-Pacific)
• Operational account manager for L’Oreal’s EMEA and AP infrastructures.
• IBM representative for pre-sales negotiations.
• Ensure SLA compliance of assigned contracts.
• Software evaluation for production compliance and pre-sales.
• Various Project management (Roll-outs, migrations and evolutions)

1999 - 2002I was employed by Landis ICT Training as a senior Trainer, lecturing high level Microsoft design courses. (Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, ISA). Landis is a CTEC (Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centre)

1997 - 1998I worked as a private contractor during my MCSE and IT studies. Having been recognized for my excellent work by the training centre where I studied (ITI), they introduced me to some of their most important customers for contracting projects.

1996 - 1996I joined Plessey (Tellumat) as an electrical engineer working on various traffic control systems. Hardware support and troubleshooting.

1988 - 1999After demonstrating outstanding work and great communicational skills, the Training centre where I studied my MSCE (ITI - Integrated Technology Institute) offered me an employment as an MCSE trainer.
I was soon certified as a MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) and specialized in high level courses such as architecture and messaging.
