  Changement de l'outil de CRM. But : conserver la fonctionnalité, implantation d'outils type nouvelle
  technologie (tablette) pour optimiser le traitement des commandes et réduire le temps de processus par saisie
  directe des commandes sur la tablette.
  Mise à jour du site Internet : implantation d'une connexion sécurisée pour le revendeur dans le but qu'il puisse
  consulter ses prix d'achats, remises et factures.
  Mise en place d'un réseau WIFI au sein du groupe (MERAKI).
  Mise à niveau VmWare (5.5).
  Migration DOMINO LOTUS NOTES vers MICROSOFT EXCHANGE.
  Implantation d'une PRA sur de l'IBM Storwize.
  Renforcement de la sécurité pour les connexions à distances (Fortinet, ASA, Certificat).
  Changement de l'antivirus pour tout le groupe (Kaspersky) et cryptage des PC portables.
  Migration de la flotte BlackBerry vers de l'iPhone / iPad.

  In charge of the projects, the management of the system / network budgets, the calculations, the following schedules on an international context.
  Network optimization on the different international WAN connections (RIVERBED & DSL to MPLS).
  Network Migration WAN / LAN towards a plan of addressing normalizes RFC of the whole company.
  Extension network infrastructure administration building.
  Integration of the different IT Systems of recently acquired subsidiaries regarding their local standards.
  High availability on Exchange architecture, storage data architecture (EMC).
  Participation of ERP Baan deployment still in the international context.

  Harmonization and centralization of the policy of backup (Symantec).
  Supervision tools of systems and network monitoring.
