    2013 - maintenant Reporting to the National Sales Manager for UAE and his counterparts the respective trade lane within the Company network, this role will be responsible to develop & grow the sales revenue of The Company products / services for the Company’s trade lanes (Routes).
    · Development and management of revenue for Route for Airfreight and Sea freight volume
    · Develop new customers and key accounts in assigned Route(s) while maintaining and developing existing customer base (using the Sales Goals and Activity Plan (SGAP) as the starting point).
    · Achieving and beating revenue targets assigned.
    · Create and execute development strategies for specific countries/trade lanes with counterparts in the Company network.
    · Plan, develop and implement attractive services on the Route(s) together with product managements and operational units.
    · Prepare sales & marketing material (country specific presentation etc), communication exchanges with prospects and customers.
    · Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives; gather and share market intelligence with the Sales Team (within the Company network) in looking at ways to protect and develop Company interests.
    · Define and quantify a dynamic and ambitious pipeline of target customers in conjunction with Sales and other The Company counterparts.
    · Ensuring visibility of results and sales activities through Super Office (CRM Tool).
    · Develop and execute Commercial and operation strategy and policy
    · Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving carriers performance
    · Recommends price/ bid analysis, verifies and evaluates vendor/ supplier offers from a technical and commercial point of view and provides recommendations to Division Heads
    · Managing the carriers relationships for the company

    · Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices
    · Providing daily commercial support to the sales team and network agent
    · Providing daily operational support to internal/external customers ,sales ,operation and customer service team
    · Leading initiatives to optimize freight distribution.
    · Assessing cost and other performance aspects of major carriers, and operators. customer schedules, and warehouse constraints

    2012 - 2013 • Take the lead in migrating and increasing the Fertilizer flows handle by Paris Agency to Dubai in an organized, structured manner which should have minimum impact on risk
    • Prepare a complete flow chart showing the various steps in the chain from the trading to the final execution
    • Follow up with Paris Team the execution of all contracts to West Africa Countries

    • Import L/C opening, Export L/C Verification, Amendments, Accounting, Payments follow-up
    • Export-import aspects and logistics issues (managing inspections, customs clearance…)
    • Negotiation of freight tariff, and conditions with Freight Forwarder and Shipping Line
    • Organizing shipment transportation (packaging – estimation of costs – validation – export documentation -warehouse deliveries-on carriage transport)
    • Co-ordinate Cargo Claim –Weight shortage /Quality

    2009 - 2012 Responsible for achieving and maintaining new traffic from Asia to Middle East and Africa, to support the network and agencies for annual tender in these areas by conducting regular business trips (Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dubai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Ivory Coast , Cameroun and Gabon) to develop the market share and client base by a close sale.
    • Support and development on the requests placed by the agents of the network for negotiations on identified specific traffic: Huawei (electronics customer) from Asia to Africa and Middle East. Aggreko, Van Vliet and Comfort way traffic ex Middle East Area.
    • Oversee locally the development of new Sea Freight business, including the commercial policy and future strategic business direction.
    • Communicate with regional offices in order to understand and resolve all major service issues.
    • Purchasing and negotiating Sea Freight rates for the assigned areas with the instructions listed by Corporate.
    • Controlling of Freight Pricing and liaising with all the carriers.
    • Maintain relationship with Head Office Shipping Companies in Europe, in Asia Pacific and Middle East Area.
    • Secure efficient flow of information regarding carrier’s activities and market development.
    • Responsible for managing and supporting all sales activities, including pricing / tenders / budgets.
    • Increase of the volume and financial result on areas concerned.
