  * For Airport Terminal Solutions (operation support system for check-in, security, passenger flow and baggage handling).
  * For Airport Airside Solutions (operation support system for Airport Surface Movement Guidance Control System).
  * Operation and business support identifying customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and new trends.
  * Project and Product Management regarding data link and Airport Surface Movement Guidance and Control Systems.
  * Assessment and Monitoring of the Airport (terminal and airside) process with continuous improvement approach.

• Guarulhos International Airport - PLANNING & OPERATION - AIRPORT ENGINEER

  2015 - 2016 * Coordinate the airport long and mid-term forecast for passengers and movements.
  * Performance and Capacity/Demand Assessment of the Airport Operations (Landside, Terminal and Airside).
  * Planning, design, optimization and monitoring of the Airport Operations (Landside, Terminal and Airside).
  * Managing data driven for continuous improvement and Optimization ``Landside, Terminal and Airside'' processes based on Operational Research tools, optimization models (AIMMS) and Simulation (ARENAS, SIMUL8 and CAST).
  * Route development analysis, including short-listing airlines to operate at GRU and new routes to be opened.
  * Operating statement analysis; aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues and expenses.
  * Operation and Business Support to ensure performance standards through the airport supply chain.

  2013 - 2015 * Developing best practices and suitable procedures in order to enhance the production planning, the master production scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

  * Processes' optimization at the Main Distribution Centre of Brazilian Navy (CD Rio de Janeiro) based on RFID technology.
  * Processes' optimization in merchandising management for a cigarette Brazilian company, based on RFID technology.
