En résumé

I am an experienced Mechanical Engineering degreed with more than four years of experiences in the Semiconductors and Medical Devices and Electronics manufacturing industries.

I efficaciously effectuated development and design from conceptual assessment to critical design and simulation to final fabrication of several “life saving” products.

I am seeking a position in a growth-oriented organization where I will apply engineering principles, conceive, design and launch profitable products and in return will help me evolve as a profoundly effective engineer.

  • Precision Wire Components - Mechanical Engineer

2007 - maintenant Monitored and improved manufacturing processes on machines such as hydraulic flattener, coil winders and electro chemical grinding stations via reverse engineering, product development and practices of design for Six Sigma, statistical data analysis, and effective use of Gage R&Rs methods.

Successfully installed an Adjustable Twist-to-Failure Fixture mounted on a one-axis motorized linear stage to estimate Torsional stresses failures of tungsten and stainless steel wires through conception, drafting, fabrication and testing.

Responsible for the production of a life saving assembly of two soldered wire spring tubing mechanisms utilized in internal jugular and femoral venous catheterization necessary to renal replacement therapy, SolidWorks assistance.

Launched a magnificent Belt driven, Stepper Motor powered linear Laser Gauging System to measure wire tapers and diameters employing software simulation with Cosmos and actual testing while applying mechanical vibrations and bending stress principles.
  • Cascade Microtech Inc, - Mechanical Engineer

2005 - 2007 Involved in product development and launch of the remunerable semi automatic, translating in space and rotating over a short angle, tri-axial non-thermal/parametric chuck station platform; achieving low noise in the femto-ampere level. Assuring flatness, repeatability and uniformity between our standard are respected at ambient temperature and with respect of ANSI Y14.5 and ISO 1101 codes and standards for all drawings.

Largely achieved improvement to a large area bridge supporting a high magnification microscope over a thermal semi automatic chuck platform station. Specifications for flatness, uniformity, repeatability, electrical shielding, and low noise were respected over a -55C to 200°C temperature range. Labview, SolidWorks and HP digitizing oscilloscope analyzer were employed to test and design the mechanisms.

I frequently performed bill of materials creation with engineering changes, ECO and ECR and material requirements planning to complete our lucrative products. I interacted weekly with mechanical, manufacturing, frequency, application, electrical engineers and thermal systems suppliers to achieve near perfect design and function of our unique probe stations.
