    • Created many strategy decks: Tier-2 ERP Criteria (USGAAP first vs. Local GAAP), Brazil Growth Plan, AFM strategy, Finance Master Data Optimization, Tier-2 ERP Evaluation.
    • Successfully completed the update of the enterprise finance data model for fixed assets, account payable, and account receivable. The data model became the starting point for the Enterprise Data Warehouse that supports the balance sheet reporting by business unit.

    COURTABOEUF 1998 - 1999 Defined and implemented Software Configuration Management processes, policies, procedures, and standards for the Eiffel program to improve the application maintainability and to support parallel developments. Implemented the migration of the source code repository from Release Control System to ClearCase. Led the evaluation and deployment of a front-end tool for the HP Logistics data warehouse.
