A doctor in Economics, she had First Class Honours in her PhD. She majored in International Affairs and Strategic Information during her Master’s Degree. It was in France where Gladys Edusei studied and worked as International Projects Development Manager for an innovative solar energy company. Through the inspiration she gained from her father’s work ethic, Gladys Edusei learned many of the values she maintains to this day: hard work, determination and integrity. Her story is one of determination to achieve her goals no matter what challenge stands in her way. She manages partnership and strategic alliances with tech businesses operating in local and international markets. Her language skills as bilingual in English and French enable her to act rapidly in diverse international settings.
Gladys Edusei’s achievement is made all the more remarkable through a background which was beset with setbacks and pressure-filled situations. Her overwhelming determination never to give up but go forward, and be an inspiration for other people to overcome challenges fuelled her steadfast motivation.
