One can say that for Gloria Perrier-Chatelain, diversity and open mindedness are part of her DNA. This French and Italian professional grew up in America, studied and worked in five countries and three continents with a professional career that has been an eventful journey through a host of industries, and functions. The consistent thread……Gloria’s pursuit of new challenges, a strong commitment, solid work ethic and continued self-renewal tendencies. The daughter of academicians, she started her career as an Assistant Professor . She then transitioned to corporate life and joined Accenture, advising Fortune 500 clients, and obtaining mayor deals from large accounts. Encouraged to have operational and “hands on” responsibilities, she moved to the largest timeshare vacation exchange network, where she led a growth of 350% in EMEA across 14 subsidiaries and initiated expansion in Egypt and Israel. Complementing this work experience, she completed an MBA from IESE, ranked #2 in the world.
Gloria is an International Business Leader as well as Mentor & Coach, having held strategic positions throughout her career with various key industry players (KPMG , Accenture, SAP).Embodying her motto "do not predict the future, invent it", she drove the successful launch of many digital disruption initiatives . Enemy of status quo, Gloria excels in taking game changing ideas from concept through productization and into the market, creating new lines of business for innovative companies. An agent of positive change, her level of energy is unlimited. Gloria is the ultimate networker and known for her “give” not “get” modus operandi. She is President of the IESE Alumni Association in France and Core Team Member of Digital Business Women's Network.
