I have been working for more than 3 years now for Grande Cote Operations, a joint venture between ERAMET and TIZIR.
My current title is Rail Stations Supervisor (Rail & Port Department) and I have the experience to operate and understand train movements, shunting, staff management . My role is to lead and manage the rail operations team, supervise the safe transportation of the mineral production from the plant to Dakar Port respecting factors such as safety, time, cost, and efficiency.
I have also a strong experience in mine camp management (accommodation and procurement), transport coordination, administrative tasks.
My main skills are management; coordination, decision maker, three international languages speaking (English, French, and Spanish).
