  * Ensure all KCA-Deutag and clients H.S.E policies and procedures are being implemented and in accordance to client standards. ;
  * Monitor working activities and advise the crew members on preventing injuries, safe working practices, and the prevention of damage to the environment and equipment through different training media such as verbal and PowerPoint presentations, demonstrations and practical exercises. ;
  * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, conduct daily pre-shift briefings and weekly safety meetings using multimedia tools, carry out regular site inspections and audits to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
  * Conduct camp, rig and safety equipment inspections. ;
  * Undertake incident investigation and report writing and ensure distribution of lessons learned and close-out of actions.
  * Ensure compliance and provide training on the use of Control of Work systems such as Permit To Work, Task Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis, Lifting plans, Toolbox talks and audits.
  * Conduct drills (Fire, gas, muster, stretcher, spill, confined space, rescue... etc).
  * Extensive experience of behavioral safety systems and the tracking and close out of action items. Deliver safety induction to visitors and new employees. ;

  2011 - 2013 Role: By corporation with Tool Pusher and under instruction of HSE Manager, in respect of HSE policy, I' am in charge of safety aspect concerning the correct and safe execution of the overall rig operations.
  Responsibilities:
  * Safety Induction process for new employees and visitors to the RIG site as per SAIPEM's Induction Training Program.
  * Carrying out and conducting Pre-Tour and Pre-Job Safety Meeting's with Tool pusher.
  * Permit to work procedure: monitor the correct implementation of this procedure. ;
  * Participate in regular work place inspection and follow up corrective actions (Weekly Camp Hygiene inspection, Weekly mast inspection, Forklift, Crane and cars inspection.),
  * Accident/Incident: Reporting, investigation/analysis, development of corrective action plans for incidents and near misses with supervisors/manager and implement corrective measures as recommended. ;
  * STOP program: Caring out STOP observation, determine and follow corrective actions, record and report statics ;
  * Lifting Ops: Formal Training and courses, Banks Man duties, caring out visual inspection of lifting gears, keep lifting log updated, ability to coach crews to basic lifting Ops standards, monitor certification of lifting equipments ;
  * Gas testing: Check the condition of Multi Gas detector and as necessary send it for calibration when due, take reading and interprets results, know what safe working limits are. ;
