2015 - 2015I was the principal crepe maker which included making all the food preparation for the day and the day after. Making the shopping list to be sure that no items and foods were running out and obviously making crepes (on 3 different machines, cause it’s a busy place)
I was also able to make coffee (Short black, Mochaccino, Cappuccino, Latte…etc).
During night shift I was manager of the place and was in charge of customer service, having to deal with the till, managing 1 to 2 people and closing the shop.

2010 - 2011I was in charge of making contact with U.K. and French companies to find any kind of software project (B.I., C.R.M., Pay software, E.R.P…). As soon as a project was expected I had to realize a book of requirements that described what the company want, when the company want to implement it and how much was their budget.
I have to deal most of the time with the I.T director, finance Director, C.E.O of the company.
The second part of the job was to judge if the book of requirements of my co-workers was correct or if it needs to be improved.

2006 - 2007During a year my goal in this company was to launch a new product and more particularly and new biopsy pliers.
I have to realize a book of requirements, then contact some company to compare what they could do for us, analyse the different possibilities and the risks on each ones. At the end I have to choice the right candidate according to our budget and requirements.
After this first step, I have to follow the pliers manufacturing and do the marketing about this new product.
Finally, I have to fix the price and launch the product on the French market.
