A deep understanding of current trends, consumer needs, and intent ensures that every piece of content on our sites provides great value to marketers and their audiences.
Main missions :
- Work on international team based on 3 countries and 5 offices
- Migrate legacy monolithic projects into service-oriented architecture
- Maintain and support legacy platforms
- Manage project with Agile methodologies as scrum-master.
- Design front-end layers for 40M of uniques visitors per month, including cache, geolocaliation and CDN strategies.
- Keep high project quality validated by metrics and code analysis, and be guarant of maintenability
- Continous delivery platform with code quality metrics and real-time testing.
2009 - 2014During my mission of 4 years into Bestofmedia group, I have designed and developed the following projects, using entire SOA design pattern, and managed by Scrum. These projects were full revamp of legacy section, and included data and SEO ranking migration.
- Download section : Based on 2 countries (http://www.tomsguide.fr for France and http://www.tomsguide.com for USA), our download base propose softwares and wallpapers for download for Windows, Linux, Mac, and mobiles.
A team of 15 persons works on this CMS, which include smart tools to help them maintaining up to date the database of more than 50000 items.
- Media Section : most important part of product for the company, based on 3 websites and 4 countries, the media section propose rich articles to our visitors. Editorial content of course, and thousand of images gallery, videos, rich product templates and full extensible ads targeting system included and managed by a dedicated CMS.
