Software engineer by training, I have always been passionate about software development and the lean continuous improvement approach, particularly in improving the work ergonomics. By joining Evolution in 2011, I was able to work on PiiVO, first as a software engineer, then as a team leader, with the aim of improving the productivity of the retail marketing teams. In 2018, I became co-founder of PiiVO, a subsidiary of the Evolution Group, and works on the management of the business, the PiiVO product, and the team management.
