Après plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans les télécoms, je Directeur des Ventes et du Marketing chez Silentsoft.

Silentsoft, société suisse, est un opérateur de télémétrie sur deux marchés:
- le relevé en temps réels des index de consommations, les niveaux de stocks
- l'analyse de la performance énergétique des bâtiments et certains équipements.

Personnellement, j'ai toujours évolué dans la high tech. J'ai eu l'opportunité de couvrir des fonctions de marketing produit, marketing stratégique, marketing opérationnel, création et vente d'une spin out, business développement et investigation de nouveaux modèles économiques, partenariats, et enfin vente en tant que directeur des ventes.

Je suis localisé sur la région parisienne et sur la suisse.

  • Silentsoft - Sales Director

    2010 - maintenant Since May 2010, I'm accountable for the French sales made by Silentsoft. There are two main activities:
    - bulk inventory management with key accounts such as Total and Butagaz
    - developing new channels for the energy optimization channels with distributors, heating companies, or "bureaux d'études".
  • Wirecom Technologies - VP Marketing & Buiness Development

    2009 - 2010 I head the marketing department, including strategic, product and marketing communcations. This leads to defining the roadmap, developing partnerships, and defining tools to develop sales in the existing business unit: Building Management Solutions.

    I also lead the business development department lookig at developing "energy packs" that will allow telecom or utility service providers to offer energy demand services to consumers in the residential sector.
  • Motorola Mobile Devices - General Manager France

    Management of 20 people
    Sales into FT/Orange France, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, MVNO (Virgin Mobile, Carrefour, Auchan), Distributors (Avenir, Brightpoint, Audim, Coriolis) and Retailers (The Phone House).

    Re-engagement with all customers
    Motorola France held it's market share in 2008 with a difficult context.
    Implemementation of a new Distribution Strategy
    Development of new business channels: Corporate (with Q9h) and Luxury (with AURA)
  • Motorola - Director of Strategy and Partnerships

    Gif sur Yvette 2006 - 2007 Develop cross business unit (Mobile Devices, Home, Networks) partnerships within the Strategic Account Management team to develop partnerships and trials with France Telecom / Orange.

    Motorola and FT/Orange demonstrated the world's first HDTV experience over a WIFI (UMA) device, enabling the consumer to view IPTV seamlessly on the TV, PC or Mobile Phone
  • Motorola Mobile Devices - Director of Strategy & Innovation

    Purchase of the Mitsubishi R&D center in Rennes. Other acquisitions made in EMEA were companies like TTP Com and Sendo.

    Collaboration with Motorola ventures to invest in start-ups or investigate their IP.
    Introduction of a new business model for delivering operator branded services into Mobile Phones (Over The Air provisioning)
  • Wavecom - Director Strategic Marketing

    Development of new offers around Software Development Kits for the Wavecom modules. Launched a new solution based on chipsets (vs. a module): Wismo Flex.

    Issy les Moulineaux 2001 - 2003 Strategic Marketing Manager reporting to the CEO:

    - recommendations on technologies to invest in for the 2 year plus roadmap
    - led the business plan to migrate Wavecom solutions from module to silicon
    - participated in the creation of two business units: PCD (Personal Communication Devices) et M2M
