    2010 - maintenant • In charge of defining and piloting the Quality project on North Asia hardware department.
    • Managing a team of 4 Country Quality Managers, responsible for a panel of 140 suppliers on Quality, Environment and Social compliance.
    • Assessor, Instuctor and coach on Quality skills, in charge of organizing the skills improvement for local teams (40 persons).

  • Oxylane (Décathlon) - Fitness Equipment Industrial Buyer

    2008 - 2010 In charge of a portfolio of 35M€ in Fitness equipment industry and a panel of 14 suppliers worldwide, I defined and piloted a 3 years Purchasing industrial policy to propose the best ratio Quality/Cost/Delay to my internal customers.

    Main accomplishments :
    • Sourcing and opening of a European industrial supplier out of the monopoly of Fitness makers to offer best reactivity to the market
    • More than 2M€ savings (Negociation, Absolute Best cost, Design to cost)

  • Décathlon Production - Supply Chain Production Leader

    Villeneuve d'Ascq 2006 - 2008 In charge of a bike supplier with a budget of 18M€, my mission was to negociate and follow the capacity with the supplier and supply the right level of components in order to deliver products on time to my internal customers.

    Main accomplishments :
    • Increase the delivery on time from 70% to 95%
    • Decrease the stock of components of 1 M€
    • Optimize the stock level of components of the office to reach the new EN norm
