Hispano Swiza Turbine
Avon Rolls Roys (Digicon and Sequel 1000/2000 Control system)
English Electric Turbine
Mark 2 Turbine Control GE Frame 5and 2
Mark IV and V Turbine Control GE Frame 5
DCS Yukogawa
Overhaul and preventive maintenance of gas turbines MS-5002 B/C.
Calibration of (gas, nozzle, IGV) servovalves, and all turbine instruments
June 1999-Present: Association Sonatrach - Total Fina Elf – Repsol
Position: Maintenance instrumentation supervisor (chef de service instrumentation)
Responsible for service (ensuring curative and preventive maintenance for whole instrumentation duties – LPG unit)
Administration tasks (Request delivery, Spare parts management, Computer assisted maintenance management “Rapier MP5”, optimising costs.)
Main duties on site job programs, permit control, troubleshooting,
repairs and preventive maintenance on :
-Mark5 Turbine control systems.
-DCS Bailey INFI 90.
-Trident Fire&Gas system.
-ESD Triconex Ver.9.0
-CCC compressor controllers (Honywell).
-Sulzer and NP Compressors.
